Police Seek Info On Suspects
RCMP in Kelowna are hoping the public can help identify suspects believed to be involved in a break and enter in December where a firearm was stolen.
On December 18, 2018 RCMP responded to a report of a break and enter discovered to an apartment building located in the 2300 block of Baron Road in Kelowna. Police believe that two unknown males suspects gained entry into one of the ground floor apartment suites, where a Ruger .22 calibre pistol was taken. Once inside the suspects further accessed an administration office space.
“RCMP have seized and reviewed video surveillance footage, that investigators believe show their suspects as they attempt to conceal their identity, while carrying stolen items through the building’s front lobby,” states Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey. “Despite their efforts, police have been unable to identify these males, and are now turning to the general public in an effort to further their investigation.”
RCMP also believe that the suspects were associated to a newer model two tone, grey and red extended cab pickup truck.
