Trial Date Set For Sagmoen

A trial will be held this fall for a North Okanagan man facing charges involving violence against women.

38 year old Curtis Sagmoen is charged with uttering threats, disguising his face with intent to commit and offence, pointing a firearm and four other weapons offences.

His trial in BC Supreme Court will start September 9, 2019.

Separate charges of assault and assault causing bodily harm were put over to Jan. 24th to set a trial date.
