Watches Stolen In Smash & Dash

A Vernon business was the victim of a smash and dash Sunday night.

Police responded to an alarm in the 2900 block of 31st Avenue around 10:45 pm where entry was gained through the front entrance, and the suspects had fled the scene with an undisclosed number of Nixon watches.

“Once inside the business, the suspects targeted a glass display case containing the watches,” says Corporal Tania Finn of the Vernon North Okanagan RCMP.

Police continue to investigate this break and enter.
