Magnitude 4.3 earthquake strikes off coast of northern B.C.
HAIDA GWAII — Earthquake Canada says a 4.3 magnitude earthquake was recorded off the coast of northern B.C.
It says the quake struck at 6:25 a.m. about 93 kilometres south-southeast of Daajing Giids, a small village on the archipelago of the Haida Gwaii, B.C.
The agency says the earthquake was recorded at a depth of 25 kilometres.
It says there were no reports of damage, and none is expected.
