Vernon Vipers hit the road to open the 2024-25 season

The Vernon Vipers return to action this weekend with a three-game road series.

The Vipers open their 2024-25 BCHL season away from Kal Tire Place, with a game against the Smoke Eaters in Trail Friday, Sept. 20.

The Vipers and Smoke Eaters faced off against each other five times last season, with Trail winning four of them.

The puck drops at Trail’s Cominco Arena at 7 p.m.

The Vernon Vipers Abby Dental hockey broadcast will be aired on Vernon’s Beach 107.5, starting with the pregame show at 6:45 p.m.

After Friday’s game, the Vipers will continue east, where they will face the Cranbrook Bucks on Saturday.

The Vipers will be back in the Okanagan the following week, visiting the West Kelowna Warriors on Sept. 27, then returning to Vernon for their home opener, also against the Warriors, on Sept. 28.
