‘Crowning achievement’: Predator Ridge to add high-end residences

New luxury, world-renowned residences are coming to Predator Ridge.

The Vernon resort has been selected as the first resort in Canada to include a Ritz-Carlton standalone villa residential development.

Predator Ridge said the Ritz-Carlton residences will be built in 2025-26 and will be the “community’s crowning achievement, marking the first world-class luxury brand to enter the Okanagan and the first Ritz-Carlton Residences project in Western Canada.”

The golf resort noted there are Ritz-Carlton residences in Toronto and Montreal, but this project is the first that will see the residences built in a standalone villa style.

“For 33 years, Predator Ridge has evolved to become one of Canada’s premiere all-season resort communities, bringing regional and national success to the emerging Okanagan Valley. It is an honour to have been selected by The Ritz-Carlton, let alone be the host property for so many Canadian firsts,” Brad Pelletier, senior vice president of Wesbild Holdings Ltd, stated.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences will be built on the hilltop on the west side of Predator Ridge, overlooking the Ridge Course.

The development is in the planning stages, and no designs have been finalized, but Predator Ridge stated the villas will be standalone, whole-ownership properties “that offer a full-suite of amenities and services” including valet and concierge services, an owner’s lounge, fitness centre, event lawn, covered patio and barbeque area, fire pit, swimming pool and member meeting spaces.

The resort said the residences will vary in design and price.

“The development is currently in its initial stages and no formal designs have been established to date,” a news release stated.
