Headliner band change for Funtastic

There has been a change to one of the headline bands that will perform at Funtastic’s A&W Music Festival this summer.

The Funtastic Sports Society says that due to unforeseen circumstances, Toque are not able to perform at the Vernon event on Friday, June 28, but organizers have been able to line-up The Trews as the new headliner that night

“Music director, Jeff, has been working tirelessly and has secured The Trews, a top Canadian act, as Friday’s headliner,” Funtastic president Jamie Austin said. “The Trews have been one of Canada’s most successful rock bands of the past decade, earning 19 Top 10 rock radio singles (including two #1’s) and multiple gold and platinum certified albums.”
