Vernon development featured in Dream Lottery

The B.C. Children’s Hospital Dream Lottery will feature a Vernon property and a builder, that has worked on several local projects.

One of the eight prizes up for grabs is a three bedroom, two and a half bath, 1,992 square foot home in “The Ledge” Development at The Rise. The property at #12 7735 Okanagan Hills Boulevard, Vernon will ve complete by December 2022.

Aldebaran Homes is constructing home in “The Ledge” development, and have recently completed projects at Predator Ridge and Middleton Mountain. The Calgary based company has worked on eight other projects in Vernon along with numerous developments in Kamloops, Edmonton and Calgary.

The Vernon prize package includes a $60,000 La-Z-Boy Furniture, and design package, a 2022 BMW X-Drive 45e Plug-In Hybrid, a 2022 Audi A7 Sportback Plug-In Hybrid, a 2022 Montery M22 Lake Boat With Trailer, a $100,000 travel gift card, and $1.3 million dollars in cash.

There are six other home and vehicle packages in the lottery on Vancouver Island, Lower Mainland and Kelowna. The winner has the option of prize homes of $2.3 million in cash.

The B.C. Children’s Hospital Foundation has done a massive mail-out across the province and tickets can also be purchased online.
