Work has started on ‘Water Street by the Park’ in Kelowna.

It’s a three-tower, multi-phase development next to Kelowna City Park which will have towers of 24, 28 and 42 storeys with 650-units.

Each tower will have several levels of street-facing commercial space and is expected to be move-in ready in 2025.

“We want to thank Mayor Basran and city staff for the support of Water Street by the Park and their role in helping us achieve this milestone,” said Anthony Beyrouti, Orchard Park Properties co-founder. “For us, building Kelowna’s largest residential development represents an opportunity to make a lasting and meaningful contribution to this city and this neighbourhood. Kelowna is such an amazing city.”

To date 370 homes have been sold at Tower One and Two (The Eli) of Water Street by the Park. The company says interest in the property has been overwhelming, with over 15,000 people from across Canada registering for the project.

“This truly is a landmark development for the city that we are proud to represent,” said Apriano Meola, co-founder. “Just a few years ago, we fell in love with this site and its incredible potential. It’s been exciting to share our vision with the home buyers that have made Water Street by the Park the fastest selling development in Kelowna history and one of the hottest real estate offerings in Canada.”
