Vipers stalwart off to Huskies

The Vernon Vipers’ MVP from this past season has committed to the University of Saskatchewan Huskies for next season.

It will be a homecoming for Dawson Holt who is from Saskatoon.

As his award testifies, Holt had quite an impact in his final year of junior with the Vipers.

The former Regina Pat and Vancouver Giant amassed 47 points in 41 games for Vernon, which included 5 goals on the power play and 5 shorthanded goals.

The 5’11, 185 pound centre added 9 points in 5 games in the post season which was cut short by the pandemic.
