7-Eleven Fire Suspect Granted Bail

A man accused of driving a vehicle into a 7-Eleven in Salmon Arm, and causing a fire, has been granted bail.

The Crown says 37 year old Kenneth Laforge will have to follow numerous conditions, and returns to court Jan. 29th for an arraignment hearing.

Officials say Laforge was suffering from a psychiatric disorder caused by crystal meth use, during the incident in August that caused major damage, but no injuries.
