Water Source May Be Cloudy

Customers of the Killiney Beach Water System may notice some cloudiness in their water.

RDCO Environmental Services staff says there is slightly higher turbidity in the water as they have been testing a new pump at the system’s Winchester Road pump house.

If customers notice some discolouration in their water, they should run the cold water tap until the water runs clear.

Customers should also note that testing of the pump will take place again on Thursday morning and should they see any discolouration in their water that day they should follow the same procedure.
