No Bail For Murder Suspects

A couple of Vernon murder suspects will have to wait until the new year to see if they are released from custody.

The Crown says 45 year old Richard Fairgrieve and 40 year old Jacqueline Leavins had their bail hearings put over to the week of January 21st.

They are charged with the second degree murder of 50 year old Will Bartz who’s body was found in an apartment on 43rd Avenue in July 2017.

Cause of death has not been released.
