Murder Suspect In Court

A man extradited from the United States to face a charge of first degree murder in connection with the death of his wife in Vernon 32 years ago, has made a brief court appearance by video.

57 year old Paramjit Singh Bogarh will be back in Vernon provincial court June 28th, and remains in custody.

Bogarh’s wife, Saminder, died on December 31, 1986.

54 year old Narinder Singh Bogarh has been also been charged with murder and  conspiracy to murder, in the case, as BC officials seek his extradition.
