Arson Suspect Freed

A North Okanagan arson has been granted bail.

60 year old Colette Leneveu of Armstrong will return to provincial court in Vernon June 7th for arraignment.

She is charged with four counts of arson in relation to several suspicious fires on Okanagan Street in Armstrong in March.

She had been in custody since her arrest March 12.

The BC Prosecution Service says she will be under strict conditions not to possess any matches, incendiary devices or explosives, must reside in her home between 9 pm and 6 am.
