RDNO Directors Endorse Master Water Plan

RDNO Directors Wednesday evening endorsed the Greater Vernon 23017 Master Water Plan.

It included a number infrastructure projects over the next 25 years.

One of those projects, filtration for Duteau Creek was removed to be dealt with separately with government funding of a combined UV treatment –oxygenation program.

“That project is underway. Then it will be evaluated over the next couple of years because it’s brand new technology that’s being installed there. They did a test which was positive.”
