Candidates Set For Radio Election Forum

With BC’s election campaign down to the final two weeks, voters are looking to find out more about the candidates.

Kiss FM will host a forum for the Vernon-Monashee candidates Wednesday night starting at 6 pm.

People can call or text (250 545 7557 ) during the show, or email Kiss FM (vernon-newsroom@jpbg.ca) before the event, with their questions.

Barry Dorval of the NDP, Eric Foster of the Liberals, Libertarian Don Jefcoat and Keli Westgate of the Greens will be at Kiss FM for the forum hosted by News Director Pete McIntyre.

The local candidates will be part of an education forum Tuesday night at 7 at the Vernon Secondary School theatre, put on by the District Parent Advisory Council.
