Police in Lake Country and Kelowna are searching for a male suspect in an investigation relating to theft of a motor vehicle and fraud.

The RCMP say a 2008 white Subaru was stolen from a residence in the Springfield Road area in Kelowna sometime overnight on August 31.

Just before 5 a.m. on September 1, an unknown male was caught on surveillance footage at two gas stations in Lake Country. The man also used a stolen credit card to purchase gasoline.
