British Columbians Urged to Buy BC: Eat Drink Local
The BC government’s Buy BC: Eat Drink Local campaign kicked off at Sandhill Winery in Kelowna last evening.
Key players in the agriculture, seafood, and food and beverage industries gathered to help promote the positives of supporting local producers and companies.
The campaign is designed to educate the public and help producers connect with the hospitality sector to increase the number BC products profiled and served in restaurants and food service establishments around the province.
The campaign features the return of the Buy BC logo and a month-long dining promotion next May.
