Sylvia Bernice Blencowe passed away peacefully at Creekside Landing on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the age of 86 years with her loving husband David at her side. Bernice is survived by her husband David of 62 years, two daughters, Dawn (René) Baillargeon, Susan Carter, proud grandmother to Andrew Carter, Michelle Baillargeon, great grandson Theodore Baillargeon-McKay and Olivia Baillargeon (Lucas Wiegele). Bernice will be loved and cherished always by her family.

Bernice loved the outdoors, gardening, and sewing. Our family would like to thank the staff at Creekside Landing for all the care they provided to Bernice over the years. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 10:00 am at the Pleasant Valley Funeral Home, 4303 Pleasant Valley Road, with Byron Keith officiating. A reception will follow in the Pleasant Valley Tea Room. In lieu of flowers those friends wishing to make memorial contributions in memory of Bernice may do so to the charity of their choice.
