Margaret Bryant

Margaret was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia December 8, 1928 to Norman and Lillias Fancy. She grew up in Elderbank, Nova Scotia and attended N.S. Provincial Normal College in 1947. She taught in several schools in N.S. In 1956 she married Lloyd Bryant of Mission, B.C. They subsequently lived in The Pas Manitoba, Prince George (where the children were born) Toronto, Inuvik, Fort Nelson, Fort Smith and then in 1970 to Vernon, B.C. Margaret enjoyed travelling, sewing, porcelain painting and playing cards. She was a Life Member of the Alumni Association of the N.S. Teachers College and a Life Master of the American Contract Bridge League. Lloyd passed away in 2009. She is survived by daughter Barbara and son Steve (Christine) and a special thank you to her niece Wyona for her support.
