Lynn Dawn Marie Woiden (Henson)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lynn Dawn Marie Woiden (Henson) in Kelowna, BC.
Lynn is survived by her loving husband of 40 years Cam, daughter Denee, son Devon, sister Gwen and mother Betty. Lynn was born August 14, 1964 in New Westminster BC and was raised next door to her grandparents Mary and Eric. She met the love of her life in 1983 in Burnaby, and after they married in 1989, they started their family in Vernon, BC. Lynn was very passionate working with the residents at Polson Special as a Care Aide. She was known to be very caring and hard working and committed 36 years to Interior Health. Lynn loved her family, cats, warm weather and travel. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, sticking up for others and her home projects. Lynn was loved by her family and will be deeply missed.
Thank you to Vernon EHS, the Vernon Jubilee Hospital ER staff, the Kelowna General Hospital ICU staff and the Vernon Funeral Home for the wonderful care and compassion.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
