Laura Mae Lueck

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Laura Mae Page was born in Snowden, Saskatchewan on March 5, 1928, and passed away peacefully on June 11, 2022, in Vernon, British Columbia.
She was predeceased by her husband Glenn in 2002 and will be lovingly remembered by her sister Shirley, son Jeff (Gloria), daughter Marilyn (Randy), grandchildren Michelle, Brad (Kendall), Andrea (Justin), Randy Jr. and Danny. She was happy and proud to be a great-grandmother to Ben and Everett. She will also be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members.
Mae was a classy lady, who led an active and enjoyable life. She loved travelling and enjoyed visiting many parts of the world. We can all take comfort in knowing that Mae had a healthy, well lived life and was surrounded by a loving family. Special thanks to the staff at Hearthstone Care Home for their loving attention the past couple of years.
A private celebration of life will be held later. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue, Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.
