AUGUST 31, 1943 – MARCH 20, 2025
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Eva Margaret Jeffcott after a short battle with brain cancer. We are thankful that both of her daughters were able to be by her side when she passed.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Jill (Jason), Vernon, BC and Kari (Sam), Victoria, BC, one sister, Marj Carter, as well as extended family and many close friends.
Mom was predeceased by her husband John in 2016, two sisters Edie and Vera and her parents Harry and Lily.
After retiring from BC Tel (Telus) after almost 30 years in 2001, mom and dad enjoyed many adventures camping with the Bellamy’s and the King’s.
Mom loved the Lord and we take comfort in knowing that she is with Him and reunited with our dad, whom she missed very much.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, we ask that friends who wish to show an expression of sympathy make a donation in Eva’s memory to a charity of their choice.
We would like to thank Dr. Pritchett for his kindness and care – we appreciate all you did for our mom.
Mom, we love you and will miss you!
