Born June 5, 1939 in Surrey, England, Meg passed away peacefully at home in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada on July 26, 2023, with her children, Nigel and Heather by her side.

Affectionately known as Nanna to the family, Meg is survived by her sisters, Pamela and Barbara; her children, Heather and Nigel (Laura); grandchildren, Amber (Thomas), Ashley (Charles), Nick (Khrystyne) and Emerson and great-grandchildren Vanessa, Marie and Nora. Predeceased by son Nicholas.

At Meg’s request, a private celebration of life will be held in Vernon at a later date. A dedicated partner to the love of her life, Ray, Meg embraced life’s adventures with strength and good humour. She gracefully navigated living in many different places, including Germany and Canada, to build the best life possible for her family. Her adventurous spirit and relentless energy were an inspiration to all who were blessed to know her. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Vernon Jubilee Hospital would be appreciated.

She will be missed by many.
