On April 23, 2025, Kennedy Rain Caignou, 24, passed peacefully and suddenly in her hometown of Vernon BC.

She spent most of her life in Vernon BC. Those who knew her were amazed at her compassion for her friends, family, and her numerous pets. She had a great love for art and music. She enjoyed spending summer days hanging out with friends at the beach or camping in some out-of-the-way campground hoping to catch a fish.

She is survived by her mother, Casey Healey, stepfather, Dallas Healey, father, Craig Caignou, brother Kendrick Caignou, sister Kori Caignou, Uncle Mike and Aunty Charity, Cousins Cody, Chance and Jaiden. Grandmother Diane Thompson and Aunt Ti Caignou, as well as tons of family and friends who love her and will miss her greatly.

Celebration of life to be held at Pleasant Valley Funeral Home on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 1:00pm.

Rest in Peace. We all love you, Kennedy.
