CADMAN, Albert Edwin "Bud"

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bud at Vernon Jubilee Hospital from a sudden, unknown respiratory illness. Bud was predeceased by his parents, Bud and Lilian Cadman and two sisters, Barbara and Lilian.
Bud was born in Toronto and, as a young teen, he rode his bicycle from Danforth Technical School to downtown Toronto every afternoon to make deliveries for a photoengraving company where he was later hired to start an apprenticeship as a cameraman. In 1975, he moved to Calgary with his wife Dorothy and their three children. At that time, he became a printing salesman and specialized in financial printing. He especially enjoyed working with the Spruce Meadows family and volunteered with them after he retired in 2007. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, gardening, working with the horses, riding his garden tractor and visits at the acreage from his grandchildren.
In 2013, Bud and Dorothy moved to Desert Cove in Vernon to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the friendship of the residents. This allowed them the opportunity to take advantage of numerous cruises and vacations.
Bud is survived by his wife, Dorothy, his children Donna (Darin Kuntz), Bud (Carrie) and Bob (Carol), his grandchildren Amanda, Michael, Matthew, Devin, Alexandra, Angela, Katie, Buddy, Robin, Dustin, Rachelle and their partners, and his sister Pat (John), his great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Many thanks to the staff at Vernon Jubilee Hospital. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to make a donation in his name to your favourite charity.
