August 24, 1937 – July 30, 2023

 

Isabelle was born in Regina Saskatchewan on August 24, 1937 to parents Cecil Boyle and Elizabeth (Hartman) Boyle.  She had one older brother, Harold Roy Boyle.  She is predeceased by all 3.  She was married to her first husband, Stanley Kent Hodder in Regina and obtained her RN and nursed there.  They also had 2 children, Delee and Darrell.

After Kent’s passing, she married Horace John Brownlee and moved to Vernon with Delee and Darrell.

She is survived by her 2 children Delee (Dave) Whitwell, Darrell Brownlee and 2 granddaughters Lauren Brownlee and Sarah Whitwell.  The highlight of her life was the birth of her 2 granddaughters and spending time with them.  She loved to travel, play cards with friends, square dancing and motor-homing.

Her wishes were to be cremated and her ashes buried with her mother. No service by request.

We will miss you mom.  Love you always.
