2018 Sun Valley Cruise-In

Today your Beach Radio Events Crew participated in the 2018 Annual Sun Valley Cruise-In. The morning kicked off with a Pancake Breakfast and the fun never stopped all day. Throughout the day all contender’s cars were judged in categories. The judges worked hard all morning from 9am until 12pm when they decided on their winners.

The Legendary Lake Monsters were outstanding all morning and afternoon while they entertained the crowd and provided a nice tune to listen to. The park was packed with food truck, vendors, businesses and more.

There was a Pin-Up Pageant that started at 12pm sharp and they had a great turnout. Out of the 16 competitors Mrs. Chardonnay took home the crown and banner.

Your Beach Radio Events Crew was handing out lots of Sunrype goodies to anyone who stopped by the tent. We were also taking entries for a draw to win a Sunrype Prize package featuring all of Sunrype’s newest products! The prize package included Sparkling Tea, Goodbites, AND two tickets to see Beach Radio’s Reel Classic Top Gun at the Vernon Towne Cinema this Thursday!

The feature of the day was the Beach Radio’s Listener’s Choice Award. Your Beach Radio Events Crew picked their 5 favourite cars and created a poll online giving radio listeners the chance to vote and decide on who they thought should win the award. The winner of the Beach Radio Listeners Choice Award was Dennis Galozo of Armstrong BC, the owner of the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28!
