Christmas Dinner: Everyone Welcome

This is the ninth year Jae McDermott and three of his friends have organized a free Christmas day dinner for people who may not have one.

The group is called the Together For Christmas Society, and will be serving up a free feast at the St. James Parish Centre on Christmas Day.

Dinner is served at 4 p.m. and the doors open at 2:30 for a bit of holiday mingling and perhaps making some new friends and sharing pleasant memories of Christmases past.

McDermott says, it’s for everybody….everyone is invited…so come hungry and enjoy.

There’s entertainment, including a visit from jolly old Saint Nick planned.
