Update: Crash On Highway

UPDATE 5:45 pm:

Three vehicles were involved in a crash on Highway 6 in Coldstream.

Constable Kelly Brett says it was in the 7500 block of the highway, east of the Coldstream Ranch.

She says only minor injuries resulted.

The highway has been closed, but Brett says the crash should be cleared shortly, and the road will reopen.

Vehicles have been detoured on Buchanan Road.

RCMP have closed Highway 6 east of Vernon due to an accident.

The section between the Coldstream Ranch and Lavington is shut down until further notice.

Traffic is being detoured on Buchanan Road around the crash site.
