Armstrong Seniors Flooded Out In May Back Home
Nine units of an Armstrong assisted living complex flooded out in May have now finally been refurbished and ready for occupancy.
Armstrong Council heard Monday the flooding was hard on the residents of Pioneer Square.
“it was a tremendous impact on them. Even the other ten that were left, just having construction workers there and all this kind of stuff, it was an impact on the whole business and the whole nineteen residents.”
Mayor Chris Pieper says that was just one example of the impact of flooding in the community.
