Civic Sounds for a cause!

As is with every other Thursday night, your KISS FM Events Crew were on location at Civic Sounds, giving out SunRype, Summer Savings Coupon Books, and taking entries for our draw to win an LG Bluetooth speaker! We were not alone, the park was packed full with people dancing, watching, or simply enjoying the tunes played by “The Young’uns”!

Unlike every other Thursday night, tonight’s Civic Sounds was joined by the Salvation Army in regards to their charity day. Thanks to the great weather, rockin’ local band, and all the people that came out tonight, the Salvation Army received tons and tons of non-perishable donations throughout the night!

In addition to the huge night we had, before the 7pm start to “The Young’uns”, Civic Sounds held a 6:30pm Pre-Show, presenting a preview of the Okanagan Military Tattoo for everyone to see! Without a doubt, Civic Sounds has so much and more to offer if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some live music! Hungry? Thirsty? Civic Sounds has everything from some nice warm tea, to a juicy pulled pork sandwich! If you missed tonight, worry not, there will be many more Civic Sounds this summer. You’ve still got many more chances to attend Vernon’s Civic Sounds and to enjoy summer the right way!
