Art After Dark at the gallery in mid-April
The biannual Art After Dark returns this month.
The Vernon Public Art Gallery will host the event April 17, allowing people to take part in art activities inspired by current exhibitions, from linocut print making to creating artist trading cards to soundscape pieces.
The 19+ event will also see attendees enjoy live music, refreshments and light snacks, and have a chance to connect with others interested in the local art scene.
“Art After Dark is a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together in the gallery, to engage with art, connect with one another, and meet new people,” Dauna Kennedy, Executive Director of the Vernon Public Art Gallery, said.
