Touchdown Kelowna tickets on sale as summer festival lineup takes shape

Kelowna is gearing up for a full on summer takeover, and tickets are already moving.

Tickets are now on sale for some of the biggest events tied to Touchdown Kelowna, the city’s week long football and festival takeover this summer. The lineup includes a kickoff concert with Alan Doyle on June 26, the Flip Flop Gala on June 29, and a beachside show with The Road Hammers on July 3.

The festival runs June 26 through July 4, with most of the action centred around Waterfront Park and two BC Lions games at Apple Bowl. Organizers say it will turn Kelowna into a full on summer event hub, mixing live music, local food and football.

While plenty of events will be free, tickets are needed for the headline shows and gala.
