The home that was the site of a police bust in the 600 block of Coronation Avenue earlier this week is a significant contributor to the drug trade in the downtown, according to RCMP.

Police reported that five people were taken into custody Wednesday, while hundreds of grams of illicit drugs were seized along with eight firearms. Around $5,000 in cash was also found, and a 3D printer used to make firearms.

Mounties say this residence was linked to fueling the supply of toxic drugs.

RCMP gave a list of items they found during their search:

  • Eight firearms
  • Imitation firearms
  • Approximately 400 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine
  • Approximately 100 grams of suspected cocaine and fentanyl
  • Approximately 500 assorted prescription pills
  • Approximately $5,000 in Canadian currency
  • 3D printed firearm and 3D printer used to manufacture firearms
  • Large quantity of ammunition
