South Art Walk project gets underway

A key Kelowna downtown project will cause a couple of months of inconvenience starting Monday.
A section of Doyle Ave. (between the traffic circle and Ellis St.) will experience temporary parking and road impacts to accommodate work on the South Art Walk project.
Additional impacts to the walkway adjacent to Kasugai Gardens and City Hall parking lot can be expected through the end of July.
In a media release the City said access to local businesses will be maintained throughout construction. Signage will be in place in advance of any changes. Some parking spots in between the traffic circle and Memorial Arena will be affected periodically throughout construction. Residents are encouraged to plan for alternate parking during this time.
