With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of Marian on June 2,2025. She was born in Vernon, British Columbia, on July 16, 1938. Marian passed away peacefully in her sleep in Monashee Mews in Lumby, British Columbia at the age of 86 years. She was predeceased by her husband Albert Yaeger, her sisters Phyllis (Carl) Solland, Ruby (Jim) Fraser, Margaret; her brother Walter (Lorraine) Seymour. Her parents John and Mary Seymour.And her grandson Jason, and her great grandson Elijah. She is survived by her two daughters, Valerie (Ken) Wiesner, Beverley (John) Glennie; as well her 10 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and extended family.

Those who knew Marian, knows that she loved to sew for others, which includes her children and her grandchildren; also for her spiritual family. But, her greatest love was for Jehovah and His creation, and what Jehovah promises in the new system. She faced many challenges throughout her life, but she will always be remembered as a kind and caring person. She was  dedicated to studying the Bible and remained strong in her faith to the end as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Her Memorial Service will be held at the Lumby Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 256 Mable Lake Road, in Lumby, British Columbia, on July 12,2025 at 2:00 pm.
