Mounties dispatched to school in Enderby after threats made

Vernon North Okanagan RCMP are investigating threats directed towards AL Fortune Secondary School in Enderby.
Police learned of the threats at around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, and worked with the school’s principal to possibly identify the source.
“As a pre-caution, police were available at the school Thursday morning to monitor the situation and assist school staff with additional security measures,” said Cpl. Tania Finn, media relations officer with the Vernon North Okanagan RCMP.
No arrests had been made as of time of publication and the investigation remains ongoing.
