Lumby murder case adjourned to mid-August
A man accused of a murder in Lumby will be back in court later this month.
The B.C. Prosecution Service said Vitali Stefanski made a brief virtual appearance in Vernon Supreme Court on Thursday.
Vitali is accused of the second-degree murder of his ex-wife, Tatjana Stefanski.
Tatjana was allegedly abducted from her home in Lumby on April 13 and her body was located in a rural area the following day.
