Enderby tests water system ahead of major project
Enderby will be conducting tests of its water system next month in preparation for a major project later this year.
The city plans to reconstruct its lower reservoir, starting this fall, as the structure is failing and needs to be enlarged to meet current and future demands.
The project is expected to continue until the spring of 2025.
Tate Bengtson, the city’s chief administrative officer, said during construction, the water distribution system will operate differently, as it will bypass the lower reservoir and send water directly to the upper reservoir.
