Alexis Park development breaks ground

Work is underway on a new apartment complex on Alexis Park Drive in Vernon.

Vancouver Island-based West Urban Developments Ltd. specializes in condo and apartment complexes and has numerous projects underway across the Okanagan and Shuswap, including two in Kelowna, one in Salmon Arm and one in Penticton.

The Park Edge development at 3910 Alexis Park Drive will feature nearly 48,000 square feet on four floors with 42 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom units. There will be 99 parking stalls.
