It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Brett Lawrence Bolton age 68. Known as Barney by many of his friends.

Brett was born and raised in Vernon and spent his career with BC Hydro. To say the very least Brett was a dreamer until the very end. He loved his cabin and sitting on his knoll.

Brett was predeceased by his parents Barney & Agnes Bolton, Nieces; Sherri Deederly & Kara Hintz. He is survived by his sister Lisa & brother Kim (Deb) Bolton. Nephews; Neil (Jennifer) Bolton, Cory (Stephanie) Hintz. Nieces; Sarah (Brayden) Gardner, Emily (Taylor) Henderson. Great Niece & Nephews Carter & Isaiah Bolton, Peyton & Easton Hintz, Kip, Trig & Remi Gardner.

A special thank you to Gerry & Stella Johnson for always being there for him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Pleasant Valley Funeral Home 4303 Pleasant Valley Road on Friday September 15, 2023 at 11:00 to remember Brett & share stories.
