Vernon mayoralty debate tonight

The candidates for Vernon mayor square off in a forum tonight (Oct. 4) put on by the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce.

Scott Anderson, Victor Cumming and Erik Olesen are vying for the mayor’s chair, and all three have confirmed they will be there.

The forum will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Performing Arts Centre and will also be live streamed on the Chamber’s YouTube channel.

The Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre Society is a co-host of the event.
