Bella Vista Road project ready to proceed, detour in place

A project to install a sanitary manhole will lead to a two-day detour on part of Bella Vista Road in Vernon.

The work will start at 7:30 Wednesday morning (Apr. 13) and wrap up by Thursday afternoon at 4.

A detour will be in place between Orchard Hill and Sunnyview roads.

Local traffic will still have access to the construction area during the closure.

The project was originally scheduled to be done last week but was postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
