Elizabeth (Betty) Revell Ladyman

December 3, 1919 –April 26, 2021
Betty was born in England to William and Elizabeth Cowie and was one of five children. She was married to John for 64 years and he passed away in 2008. She was predeceased by siblings Jack, Jim and Helen. She is survived by her brother Roy (Maureen) residing in England; Elisabeth (daughter) in Merritt, (son) Stewart (Luise) in Penticton, Grandchildren Ashley (Catrin), Jason (Jennifer), Pamela (Sean), and 8 great grandchildren (Patrick, Jonathan, Eloise, Hanneli, Keaton, Elliott, Finn and Tess.
Betty had a great zest for life and lived it well. She served her community being a member of the Vernon Hospital Auxiliary for 65 years, Rotary Anns, Vernon United Church and was voted Citizen of the Year in 1999. She spent 6 years at Canterbury Court and the past year at Lumby Monashee Mews.
A celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In Lieu of flowers because of her humanitarian nature please donate to a charity of your choice.
