Vipers run winning streak to three games

A four goal third period carried the Vernon Vipers to a 7-5 win over the Salmon Arm Silverbacks Saturday night at Kal Tire Place.
Reagan Milburn scored two goals for the Vipers who improved to 8-3-1-1, tops in the three-team Vernon pod with 18 points, three points ahead of the second place Silverbacks.
Cam MacDonald and JoJo Tanaka Campbell each added a goal and one assist for the Snakes who next play Monday against West Kelowna at 7:30, 7:15 pre game show on Beach Radio.
Simon Tassy led the Silverbacks with two goals and one assist. They fell to 6-4-2-1 with the loss, and play West Kelowna Sunday evening.
