Angela Gail passed away suddenly and peacefully on December 20, 2020 at the age of 49 years.
To all who truly knew her, Angela was the most innocent, inquisitive, intelligent, irresistible force you could imagine.
Born in Brampton, Ontario on December 16, 1971, Angela dedicated her life to searching for answers. She started her journey at an early age, reading “How and Why Wonder Books” with her mother and her path of learning led her to achieve an M.Sc. in Genetics and to become a Registered Pharmacy Technician.
Angela was a voracious reader and she loved cooking, planning and organizing. But where she was most comfortable was in a deep, personal, one-on-one conversation … Often trying to assist a close friend or solve one of the world’s many enigmas.
Angela is lovingly remembered by her father Lawrence, her sister Michelle, her brother Brad (Laurie), nieces & nephews Alicia, Mia, Victor, Cheyenne, Leo, Eric (Cassy) and Katie (Mat). Angela was predeceased by her mother, Madeleine, in 1992.
A celebration of life honoring Angela will be held in Edmonton this spring, her favorite time of year.
The family would like to express their sincere thanks to Angela’s special friends Ron Light of Vernon, BC, Sue Worobetz of Edmonton, Tammy Chiasson-Knapp of Red Deer and the staff at UBCO who have provided so much support and help during this trying time.
Gifts in memory may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association or the charity of your choice.
Rest well with your mother Angela … We will miss you dearly.
