Aug 21, 2019 | 12:04 PM

The Vernon Vipers hold its annual Blue/White game at 6 p.m. tonight at Kal Tire Place on day three of their B.C. Hockey League training camp.

“I’m looking forward to the Blue/White game,” Head Coach and GM Jason McKee said. “It will be another opportunity for the remaining players to showcase their skills.”

McKee, a former coach with the Spruce Grove Saints and Vancouver Giants, trimmed his roster down to 42 players on Tuesday.

“The kids competed hard today,” McKee told the Vipers website.

The Vipers will host the Grande Prairie Storm from the Alberta Junior Hockey League Friday at 7 p.m. in their first pre-season game.

The Snakes travel to Salmon Arm to play the Silverbacks Aug 28, before hosting the team on Aug. 30.
