Blue Rodeo, Sheepdogs, Of Monster and Men to headline ROOTSandBLUES Fest

Salmon Arm ROOTSandBLUES will have some big acts hit the stage for the 34th annual summer music festival.

Organizers said Of Monsters and Men would headline the Friday night show, Blue Rodeo would perform Saturday, and the Sheepdogs would take the stage Sunday evening.

“Bringing back Blue Rodeo for a full performance has been three years in the making,” artistic director, Kevin Tobin, said in announcing the headliners for the 2026 ROOTSandBLUES Festival.

“It was just a matter of when.” 

It was also noted that it had been 10 years since The Sheepdogs had played at the music festival in Salmon Arm, and the first time that Of Monsters and Men and would take the stage at ROOTSandBLUES.

Additionally, festival goers would be able to take in the musical stylings of a range of performers from string to brass groups and from blues and rock to funk bands.
